How Epoxy Flooring Goodyear Works

Epoxy Flooring Goodyear coats concrete across Goodyear and the West Valley: garage floors, patios, pool decks, home gyms, shops and warehouse floors. We install epoxy, flake broadcast, metallic and polyaspartic systems, and we decide which one fits after we have walked your slab.

In the desert the sun and heat do most of the damage. Goodyear averages highs above 100 degrees through June, July and August, and outdoor concrete spends much of the year in direct sun. A coating that works indoors can chalk, yellow or get too hot to walk on outside. Garage slabs here also bake through long summers, which changes how fast resin sets and how a floor has to be installed. We plan for that on every job.

How we work

  • We visit, measure the floor and look for cracks, oil, old sealers or paint, and any spots where water collects.
  • You get a written quote that lists the system, each coat, the prep and the total price.
  • Every floor is diamond ground so the coating bonds to open, clean concrete.
  • Cracks, chips and pitted areas are filled before the first coat.
  • In summer we schedule installs for the cooler part of the day and pick products that suit the slab temperature.
  • We tell you when you can walk on the floor, move items back and park.
  • Any change to the scope is written up for your approval before we add it.

Our work is on concrete. We do not coat wood, tile or vinyl. If a slab has a problem a coating cannot solve, such as heaving, a structural crack or water coming up from below, we tell you before you spend money on it.
